The role presents an exciting opportunity for a deeply technical, strategy-driven professional to lead complex system development, API integrations, and cloud architectures. As a Technical Expert, you will sit at the core of our Enterprise Solutions division, driving advanced customizations, performance optimization, and technical governance across high-impact client projects.
Based in our technical delivery center, you will serve as the primary technical authority connecting functional consultants, software engineers, solution architects, and client IT leadership during critical phases of digital transformation.
You will play a pivotal role in setting engineering standards, designing robust AL/extension frameworks, and building scalable data integration pipelines. You will lead technical design reviews, oversee complex code deployments, and mentor development teams to ensure all solutions strictly adhere to Microsoft enterprise security and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Own Amigo Systems’ technical architecture and implementation framework for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Lead complex system customizations, AL extension development, and enterprise API integrations across client environments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure configuration, code deployment pipelines, and database performance tuning for scalable ERP rollouts.
- Manage a team of software developers and technical engineers, acting as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Develop best-in-class technical solutions for Amigo Systems, equipping consulting teams and client IT leads with modern automation tools (i.e., custom Power Automate connectors, real-time integration pipelines, automated testing scripts, etc.).
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified Developer or Solution Architect (e.g., Dynamics 365 Business Central or Azure Solutions Architect).
- Extensive experience within technical software delivery teams managing cloud integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and SQL database optimizations.
- Experience in architecting and deploying complex AL extensions, Power Apps, and Azure cloud services.

- The ability to design and maintain complex enterprise software architectures, analyze technical performance bottlenecks, and refactor code for high-throughput environments.
- Experience managing an engineering team and dealing with a variety of senior IT stakeholders across geographies.
